Your Opportunity

 

Based in Brisbane South with its local office in Springwood, the role reports directly to the Group General Manager, Aged Care & Community Services (SEQ). The purpose of this role is to provide management and leadership to the Metro South cluster within Blue Care and in line with the Mission, Values and organisational strategic direction. It will focus on General Management of the operations of the Metro South cluster, ensuring efficient and effective high quality services are provided in Aged Care and Community services. 

 

About You

 

To be successful in this role you will possess:

  • Demonstrated experience at a management level within aged care and community services and a degree or tertiary qualification in a relevant field.
  • Experience in working in large and complex organisations, leading effective teams and projects;
  • A passion for contemporary leadership and driving performance by cultivating a positive, accountable and productive culture and working environment;
  • Proven ability to positively engage and influence stakeholders, including being responsive to a variety of needs during times of change;
  • An alignment to our mission of being the service arm of the Uniting Church; and,
  • A values-based, engaging and flexible working style that thrives within a complex, changing and often ambiguous environment.
