Blue Care is looking for a Support Officer - Care to support our Metro South Cluster Office. The purpose of your role is to provide operational support to the General Manager and Service Managers. You will work as a support function across this cluster’s facilities in a team of dynamic, energetic aged care professionals who aim to provide the highest level of care for customers. With a focus on Hospitality Services, you will provide support with continuous quality improvement including the analysis, coordination and monitoring of risk management, safety and compliance systems and assist in preparation for external and internal reviews in relation to all of the Metro South Hospitality Activity.
To be successful in this role, you will need broad experience in the Hospitality Industry, service delivery and quality systems in the aged, community or health care sector. Strong interpersonal, leadership and problem solving skills will make you a great fit for the role. A current driver’s license is also required.
