Classification: Hospitality Officer – Housekeeping/Cleaning
Remuneration Value: $21.41 per hour (FTE $42,306) + 9.5% Super + 25% casual loading
Blue Care are inviting applications from experienced housekeepers or cleaners to join our residential team in Redcliffe and Rothwell.
Your role:
As a Hospitality officer, you’ll be responsible for carrying out safe and efficient housekeeping, cleaning and laundry services that focuses on the needs and wellbeing of our residents!
You will be required to maintain high hygienic standards throughout the entire facility, including communal living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms and equipment of our residents. You’ll coordinate a well organised laundry service and assist with any other hospitality requirements as instructed by your supervisor.

Your skills and experience:
You’ll be an experienced housekeeper - preferably within the aged care sector - and be self-motivated, enthusiastic, with a keen eye for detail! Your first priority is customer service, you take pride in your work, and your experience has given you an ability to be flexible! You'll demonstrate:
- Great communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- A current blue card or willingness to obtain one
- Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies.
