Your role:
You’ll provide person-centred care to your residents - ensuring a safe environment and applying best clinical practice that enhances their quality of life and physical, social and emotional needs. You’ll monitor care plans, maintain a responsiveness and holistic approach to developing needs and support them to live independently!
You’ll work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team, supporting one another to deliver outcomes and identifying opportunities for improvements centred on resident’s health and wellness. With no two days ever the same, you’ll apply your clinical problem-solving skills whilst delegating care responsibilities within your team’s scope of practice.

Your skills and experience:
You’ll be an experienced nurse who is driven to make a change in the lives of our elderly residents through enabling their independence and well-being. You’ll be confident managing your time effectively, working autonomously and demonstrate:
- Excellent communication and clinical problem solving skills
- 2+ years general nursing experience, post-registration
- Confidence with smart phones and digital devices or willingness to learn
- Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration and unlimited work entitlements
- Current Australian Driver’s License.
