$32.88 - 38.55 per hour (FTE= $64,970 - 76,174) +9.5% Super + Salary Packaging

 

 

Blue Care is inviting applications from passionate, person-centred Speech Pathologist for multiple vacancies in our Bundaberg allied health community care team. We have vacancies for recent graduates and opportunities for experienced Speech Pathologists wanting to bring their own unique management style to a key allied health position. 

 

Your role:

As a Blue Care Speech Pathologist, you will apply and implement contemporary and proven interventions and support programs to adults who may be aged or live with a disability. This role allows you to work as part of an interdisciplinary team and receive clinical support and professional development.

 

As a Speech Pathologist and member of the Blue Care Allied Health team your duties will include, but will not be limited to: 

  • Delivery of contemporary and proven speech therapy services and programs to our clients in their home or in our residential care facilities.
  • You will work collaboratively with GPs, Specialist Doctors, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Social Workers to formulate innovative and progressive care plans that aim to promote the independence and wellbeing of our clients.

You’ll demonstrate:

  • You will need relevant tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
  • Unrestricted registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
  • Currently hold or ability to obtain Blue and Yellow card
  • Australian or New Zealand residency with unrestricted working rights
