Position Summary

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service?  We have exciting new opportunities for you to join our growing Resource Management team in Caboolture.

Our Resource Management Team is going through tremendous service growth as well as a number of exciting projects underway.  Hence, we are seeking additional team members to join our team to be part of this exciting time.


What's in the role?

Joining our team in the role of Administration/Scheduling Officer will see you working in a variety of areas including timekeeping, rostering and scheduling.  You don’t necessarily need to have previous experience, just a strong passion for great customer services.  The primary responsibilities of the role include, but not limited to:

  • Develop and update rosters that reflects correct resource allocation and rostering opportunities to achieve best practice outcomes.
  • Ensure rosters are communicated to employees in an accessible and timely manner.
  • Schedule customer visits within the set roster and ensure they are matched with appropriate employee who meet their choices to deliver the service.
  • Manage scheduled tasks within our Client Management System (Procura CMS).
  • Review timekeeping for accurate verification of hours worked against stipulated timeframes.
  • Coordinate, manage and resolve enquiries in a high pressure environment, including escalation of issues.

What do you need?

We provide full training to the successful individual around our systems, programs and funder information.  You will be supported by an experienced and friendly Team Leader.  If you possess the following skills, it will certainly give you a head start in the role.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Great time-management skills with an ability to prioritise your workload in a fast paced environment.
  • Good knowledge and experience with MS Office and Database applications.
  • Confidence with smart phone and digital devices or willingness to learn.
  • Previous experience or exposure in administration, payroll, scheduling or timekeeping is not essential but highly desirable.
