Blue Care are inviting applications from experienced Timekeeping Administrators to join their Resource Management team in Toowoomba!

 

Your role:

As a key support role to the delivery of services in the region, our administrators play a pivotal role in ensuring business operations are run efficiently and our clients and residents receive an exceptional experience!

 

As the Administration Officer – Timekeeper you will be responsible for validating the work our care workers have carried out, processing the information, and ensuring we are correctly billing our clients and government/health funds. You’ll apply strong attention to detail and efficiency to your customer service approach, managing conflicting priorities as they arise throughout the day!  You’ll:

  • Ensure accurate timekeeping and verification of hours worked within stipulated timeframes.
  • Identify incorrect processes, report, action, follow up for improved practices
  • Maintain Data integrity, run reports and action as per guidelines
  • Maintaining accurate records and data entry for reporting
  • Assist senior staff with special projects as required

There will also be potential to assist with some payroll administration, including timesheet processing, pay enquiries, and supporting with timecards and schedules.

Your skills and experience:

You’re a strong communicator, comfortable with managing customer expectations and confident speaking with individuals from all walks of life, demographics and backgrounds. Your administrative experience has provided you with a flexible but systematic approach to your work. With a keen eye for detail, you’re confident in identifying errors and putting forward opportunities for improvements!

 

You’ll present with:

  • Strong skills in data entry and maintaining data integrity
  • Ability to interpret, report and action insights drawn from data and analytics
  • Excellent coordination and planning skills, able to deliver to designated timeframes and work collaboratively as part of a team within a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with a range of different technology solutions, including intermediate MS Office skills and data apps
