Blue Care is after a Clinical Nurse to join our team located at Gympie Integrated Service.

Your role will provide holistic care that promotes the quality of life for individuals, ensuring that the care provided is current best practice. This involves providing clinical advice including the development, implementation, monitoring and review of care plans. You will also provide the team with leadership, support and assist with ongoing professional development.

You will need current registration with AHPRA, a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent, demonstrated skills reflective of clinical experience, qualification or experience in Palliative care case management and a current driver’s license. Your understanding of client centred care, ability to work within a team, leadership skills and effective interpersonal skills will make you a great candidate. Prior experience in Community Care is essential to be successful in this role.
