Due to internal promotion, we’re inviting applications to lead Toogoolawah Residential Clinical Team!
Based in Toogoolawah you'll lead a multi-disciplinary clinical team of Personal Carers, Nurses and Allied Health professionals, driving a resident-focused culture centred on their goals and best practice quality standards.
A 30 bed facility, you'll be supported by Clinical Nurse who will team lead day to day clinical accountabilities, whilst managing clinical oversight and governance.
You’ll promote a team approach to care that focuses your resident’s quality of life in its entirety – encompassing their social, physical, emotional and clinical well-being. Alongside a supportive peer leadership team, you’ll work towards regional and organisation-wide goals, overseeing people, material and financial resources.

Your skills & experience
You’ll be a Registered Nursing Clinician with AHPRA registration, and at least 5 years’ experience within Clinical Nursing or Clinical Management within an Aged Care facility.
You’ll understand the complexities of aged care – ACFI Funding, resource management, resident barriers – and are equipped to introduce continuous improvements to maximise opportunities and overcome challenges. You’ll have a passion for resident-advocacy, with a commitment to enhancing and enabling person-centre care. You’ll present with:
- Strong clinical experience within a residential setting
- Expertise and skills in financial, resource and people management
- Experience in driving ongoing quality initiatives and improvements
- Ongoing commitment to self-evaluation and professional development
- Experience driving a culture of evidence-based, person-centre care
