Position Summary
  • Tallebudgera Residential Aged Care Facility
  • 3 Month Full Time Fixed Term Opportunity with potential to extend
  • $41.45-$43.32 per hour + 9.5% Super + Salary Packaging + Penalties + Allowances

Blue Care are inviting applications from experienced Clinical Nurses to join our Tallebudgera facility in a 3 month fixed term contract.

 

Your role:

You will provide exceptional care whilst assessing and responding appropriately to clinical nursing issues and concerns. You’ll apply complex problem-solving and assessment skills in supporting clients within your teams care, advocating person-centred care and programs that enable independence, health and wellness.

 

You’ll team lead a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring a strong standard of quality and compliance in all clinical and care activities.  You’ll enable your team to achieve their objectives through your supervision and guidance, providing effective decision making and support.

Your skills and experience: You’ll be an experienced clinician, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience within an acute or aged care environment and a commitment to ongoing quality improvement initiatives. You’ll be an advocate for person-centred care, leading by example through exceptional communication and customer service.

  • Bachelor of Nursing, or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience coordinating care provision within a large team
  • Confidence to manage conflict, pressures and competing priorities.
  • Ability to provide leadership, support and mentorship to other team members
  • Confidence with smart phones and digital devices or willingness to learn
