We're inviting applications from experienced clinical aged care managers to support with leading our Wynnum residential service within the Bayside Hub of Blue Care.
An integrated model, you will work together with other Clinical Leaders across the region supporting the delivery of exceptional, person-centred care to residents in our Wynnum facility. Wynnum is a 158 bed facility offering high care, a Memory Support Unit and Palliative Care.
Your role:
As part of the leadership team overseeing clinical and non-clinical operations, you'll work with the Integrated Service Manager to deliver a high quality of care and clinical standards, advocating a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration amongst your leaders. You'll lead an approach to resident care that encourages social, physical, emotional and clinical well-being.
You'll foster a successful referral network between your services and our retirement living business, as well as leadership peers across your group. You'll work to deliver facility, regional and organisation-wide goals against human, financial and material resource benchmarks, whilst building a service focused on holistic, 'tailor-made' care, positioning it competitively within the market.

Your skills & experience:
As an experienced clinical manager, your interpersonal skills have seen you build solid relationships, leading your team members to reach their objectives and deliver a high-standard of care. Your skills in coaching and developing frontline leaders has seen continuous improvement within your services, delivering to quality standards and enabling best-practice clinical care.
Your experience has equipped you with an appreciation of the current complexities in aged and community care, including ACFI funding and Home Care packages, as well as the financial, resource and people acumen to understand operational challenges, and respond proactively.
You'll present with:
- Strong Clinical Experience
- Previous leadership experience within aged care
- Skills in delivering to complex clinical quality standards
- Proven track record in delivering continuous improvement activities
- Tertiary Qualifications in healthcare with strong financial literacy skills
