Blue Care is after an Integrated Service Manager to lead our team located in the beautiful Logan River Valley Hub for a fixed period of 12 months.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for leading and facilitating the provision of person centred care in our residential and community services. You will manage the human, financial and material resources as well as plan, coordinate and evaluate the delivery and standard of the service.  Playing a key leadership and supportive role you will be a dedicated professional with proven experience leading a multidisciplinary team of flexible, skilled and committed people.

You’ll need extensive experience in high level service delivery / management, advanced leadership skills, the ability to lead change and a tertiary qualification in a related health field.  Your positive attitude, ability to think innovatively and strong people management and development skills will make you a great fit for the role. Post Graduate qualifications, experience in developing team culture and leading innovation would be highly advantageous.
