Blue care has an internal opportunity for an Integrated Service Manager to lead our teams across our bay side services in Metro South.

You need to have passion, be self-driven and committed to making a substantial contribution to the wellbeing of people who need assistance the most. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for leading and facilitating the provision of person centred care and accommodation across your services.

You will manage the human, financial and material resources as well as plan, coordinate and evaluate the delivery and standard of services.  Playing a key leadership and supportive role you will be a dedicated professional with proven experience leading a multidisciplinary team of flexible, skilled and committed people.

You will need extensive experience in leading community care, residential care and/ or retirement living and a tertiary qualification in a related health field.  Your positive attitude, ability to think innovatively and strong people management and development skills will make you a great fit for the role. Post Graduate qualifications, experience in developing team culture and leading innovation would be highly advantageous.
