Our opportunity:

 

A newly created role, you will be accountable for the operational delivery, financial performance and optimisation of community programs across UnitingCare’s aged care services including contract performance and reporting, service type and ACPR output monitoring and optimisation, program cost and revenue management.

 

As a key partner to the business, you will work in partnership with the Community Service Partners in service model design, implementation and driving consistency of service delivery across Queensland. This role will work with the business leaders to ensure program/contract delivery is in line with operational community business standards, measuring success against target output and financial measures.

 

As an experienced Community Services leader, you’ll present with:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business or Health discipline or equivalent experience in high level community delivery and performance management.
  • Understanding of operational, financial and reporting requirements of government funded programs such as Home Care Packages, CHSP program or similar
  • Significant experience in community program delivery and performance management including demonstrated understanding of operational strategies required to deliver performance improvement and growth
  • Highly developed commercial and operational problem-solving skills, with extensive exposure to dynamic change environments.
  • Excellent communication and engagement skills, with effective decision making and strategic management capabilities
