- Permanent Part Time Position Available - 40hrs a fortnight
- Working with our wonderful team in Kallangur
- $23.67 per hour + 10% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging + Penalties & Allowances
We’re seeking Personal Carers to deliver outstanding care to our residents in Kallangur Pilgrim Aged Care Facility.
You’ll provide care to your clients living in our residential home, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life through activities that include:
- Daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, help at meal times and general mobility
- Providing care in accordance with their individualised Care Plan
- Supporting with community based recreational and social activities
- Transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments
What you’ll need:
- Certificate III Aged Care, Home and Community Care or Disability Support
- Blue Card and NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
- Experience with technology incl. smartphones, tablets, laptops etc
- Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
Supporting our clients in the best way possible is important to us. To be employed by Blue Care, you will be required to complete the free NDIS Worker Orientation Module prior to commencement and provide a copy of your certificate on completion.

Essential: Do you hold a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Assistance OR have you completed two semesters of a Bachelor of Nursing? Essential: If you don’t have full working entitlements, do you have a current working Visa? Please list your visa, for example: Bridging Visa, Regional Sponsorship Visa etc. Essential: If you are successful for this role, you may be required to undergo a series of pre-employment checks; that may include your Right to Work in Australia, Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and a Health Screening Questionnaire. Do you consent to this? Essential: Can you demonstrate (or are you prepared to attain) vaccination or proof of non-susceptibility to vaccine preventable diseases including; Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella (chickenpox), Pertussis (whooping cough), Hepatitis B and COVID-19? Essential: Can you supply evidence of an up-to-date influenza vaccination in accordance with the current Public Health Directive for Aged Care Facilities?
