Remuneration Value: $26.76 - $27.35 per hour (FTE $52,887 - $54,053) + 9.5% Super + 25% Casual Loading

 

Blue Care are inviting applications from experienced Administrators to join their team at Caloundra.

 

Your role:

As a key support role to the delivery of services in the region, our administrators play a pivotal role in ensuring business operations are run efficiently and our clients and residents receive an exceptional experience!

 

You’ll be the first point of contact for internal and external customers - via phone, email and in person - managing requests, concerns and enquiries with an outcome-focused approach! You’ll apply strong attention to detail and efficiency to your customer service approach, managing conflicting priorities as they arise throughout the day! You’ll:

  • Ensure the integrity and accurate maintenance of information in financial, human resource and other Blue Care systems and databases.
  • Support hiring and on-boarding administrative activities for your service/s
  • Use mainstream software including the Microsoft Office Suite and database applications (Intermediate – Advanced).
  • Assist senior staff with special projects as required

Your skills and experience:

You’re a strong communicator, comfortable with managing customer expectations and confident speaking with individuals from all walks of life, demographics and backgrounds. Your administrative experience has provided you with a flexible but systematic approach to your work. With a keen eye for detail, you’re confident in identifying errors and putting forward opportunities for improvements!

 

You’ll present with:

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Great time-management skills and an ability to prioritise your workload
  • Good knowledge and experience with MS Office and Database applications
  • Confidence with smart phone and digital devices or willingness to learn
  • Qualifications, skills and experience in Administration or Business is not essential but highly desirable.

Selection Criteria Essential: Do you have experience in administration or reception in the health or aged care sector?
Essential: Do you have intermediate skills in the Microsoft Office suite?
Desirable: Do you have experience with Procura or a similar client management system?
Desirable: Do you have full Australian working entitlements as an Australian Citizen, Australian Permanent Resident OR New Zealand Citizen?
Desirable: If you are successful for this role, you may be required to undergo a series of pre-employment checks, that may include your Right to Work in Australia, Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and a Health Screening Questionnaire. Do you consent to this?
