Bring your residential and clinical leadership experience to this diverse, challenging opportunity on the Redcliffe Peninsula 

Providing exceptional, tailor-made care to the Moreton Bay region for several decades, our Rothwell and Redcliffe facilities deliver services to over 200 residents in the Peninsula. Our 150 bed Rothwell facility and 96 bed Redcliffe facility both offer residents dementia care and memory support units, with a focus on enabling their independence to enjoy a coastal lifestyle.


Your role:

Leading the clinical and non-clinical operations of these residential services, you'll drive a high quality of care and clinical standards whilst fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration amongst your leaders. You'll lead an approach to resident care that encourages social, physical, emotional and clinical well-being.


Building on existing relationships, you'll foster a successful referral network between our community and respite services and your facilities. Reporting to the General Manager for North Coast, you'll support facility, regional and organisation-wide goals, delivering to human, financial and material resource benchmarks, whilst building a service focused on holistic, 'tailor-made' care, positioning it competitively within the market.

As a Multi Service Manager, you’ll be offered a competitive base + superannuation as well as access to salary packaging benefits, enabling you to pay living expenses from pre-tax income. This position is also eligible for a job facility vehicle due to the travel requirements.


Your skills & experience:

An experienced clinician, your interpersonal skills have seen you build solid relationships, leading your team members to reach their objectives and deliver a high-standard of care.


Your experience has equipped you with an appreciation of the current complexities in aged and community care, including ACFI funding, as well as the financial, resource and people acumen to understand operational challenges, and respond proactively.


You have a keen eye for potential opportunities, with a track record of successfully growing previous services. Your focus on continuous improvement activities supports your strategy to design tailor made, best-practice care for clients within your services.


You'll present with:

  • Minimum 3 Years management experience in Residential Aged Care
  • Proven track record in delivering continuous improvement activities
  • Confidence in managing culture through change management process
  • Skills in delivering to complex clinical quality standards
  • Tertiary Qualifications in healthcare with strong financial literacy skills
