Position Summary |
Blue care has an internal opportunity for an Assistant Integrated Service Manager to join our Leadership Team across our Fraser Coast Cluster.
Reporting to the Integrated Service Manager, you will assist in the management of community and residential services within the Fraser Coast area. You will oversee the planning, coordination, evaluation and documentation of service delivery as well as provide leadership to our diverse, multidisciplinary team.
You need to have passion, be self-driven and committed to making a substantial contribution to the wellbeing of people who need assistance the most. You will be drawn to a leadership role in an environment which is competitive and consumer directed. You will thrive on an environment of person centred care that is embedded in your day to day work.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Extensive experience in high level service delivery and management in aged care or health services
- Experience working within and leading a multidisciplinary team
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Demonstrated ability to scale businesses, understand the importance of flexibility in leadership and have a commitment to excellence in customer service
