• Excellent communication and clinical problem solving skills
• 2+ years general nursing experience, preferably in aged care sector
• Ability to work autonomously within a community care based setting
• Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration and unlimited work entitlements
• Current Australian Driver License.

Community Care - Working in the community you’ll deliver home care services and support to your clients living independently in their own homes. No two days will ever be the same as you spend your time on the road, completing scheduled community visits, interacting one on one with clients and their loved ones. You’ll become an ingrained part of a community, and a trusted carer for them and their loved ones.

Residential Care - Within our aged care facilities, you’ll work collaboratively alongside a multi-disciplinary team, supporting one another to improve your resident's physical, social and emotional well-being. You’ll support their independence, enabling them to make the most out of each and every day, both inside and outside our facility. You’ll learn something new every day – with residents relishing the opportunity to share a good story!

We offer:

Enrolled Nurse: $29.47 - $30.42 p/h (FTE $58,233 - $60,110) + 9.5% Super + 17.5% Leave Loading + Salary Packaging

Registered Nurse: $30.81 - $39.12 p/h (FTE $60,881 - $77,301) + 9.5% Super + 17.5% Leave Loading + Salary Packaging

Clinical Nurse: $41.45 - $43.32 p/h (FTE $81, 905 - $85, 600) + 9.5% Super + 17.5% Leave Loading + Salary Packaging
