Remuneration Value: $23.42 per hour (FTE $46,278) + 9.5% Super + Salary Packaging
Blue Care are inviting applications from experienced Allied Health Assistants to deliver Community Care to our clients in the southern and bayside suburbs of Brisbane.
Your role:
As an Allied Health Assistant, you’ll support the implementation of Allied Health interventions, treatment plans, programs and services for our clients.
Under the clinical supervision of an Allied Health Professional you will assist in:
- the implementation of client care plans and programs
- identifying and reporting client circumstances
- maintaining accurate and confidential client records

Your skills and experience:
You’ll be passionate about making a difference and bringing empathy and compassion to your client’s lives. You’ll be driven to improve their independence and well-being, attentively providing the support outlined in their care plan.
You’ll be a well-organised, self-starter with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities within your week and work independently to achieve your daily plan. You’ll demonstrate:
- Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance or equivalent
- QLD Driver’s License and roadworthy registered vehicle
- Experience in a multidisciplinary team and an understanding of client centred care delivery
- Experience with assisting a physiotherapy team and implementing their clients care plans will be highly regarded
- Confidence with smart phones and digital devices or willingness to learn
