  • Remuneration Value: $27.65 – $28.24 per hour (FTE= $54,636 - $55,802) + 9.5% Super + Salary Packaging + Employee Benefits + Positive Work Life Balance
  • Hours:  Working within the hours of 6:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday


The Blue Care Metro North team is growing and we are seeking experienced Workforce Coordinators to join our team!


The ideal candidate will have proven experience working in customer management, employee rostering and payroll systems, preferably in an aged care environment. You will also have an ability to our align customers with the appropriate workforce to meet their care choices to deliver services.


Your role:

As a Workforce Coordinator working for Blue Care, you will provide precise and timely rostering, scheduling, and timekeeping functions, playing a pivotal role to ensure the delivery of our services in the region are efficient, safe and our customers receive an exceptional experience.

Your main responsibility will be to roster/schedule our amazing personal care and nursing workforce. You’ll also work with our customers to support changes to their schedule for health care needs, liaising with the personal care and nurseing workforce to ensure an exceptional customer centric experience.

Your responsibilities will include, but not limited, the following:

  • Develop and update rosters to meet customer demand and are in line with relevant Enterprise Agreements.
  • Schedule customer visits within the set roster
  • Communicate with both the customer and employee to ensure care support services are delivered in a timely manner.
  • Manage schedule tasks within our Client Management System (Procura CMS)
  • Reallocate work to fulfil prioritised visits and meet consumer expectations
  • Coordinate, manage and resolve enquiries in a high pressure environment, including escalation of issues.
  • Receive customer feedback and inquiries, responding as required.

Your skills and experience:

You’re a strong communicator, comfortable with managing customer expectations and confident speaking with individuals from all walks of life, demographics and backgrounds. Your administrative experience has provided you with a flexible but systematic approach to your work. With a keen eye for detail, you’re confident in identifying errors and putting forward opportunities for improvements!

 You’ll present with:

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Great time-management skills and an ability to prioritise your workload in a fast paced environment
  • Good knowledge and experience with MS Office and Database applications
  • Confidence with smart phone and digital devices or willingness to learn
  • Qualifications, skills and experience in Administration or Business is not essential but highly desirable.
