Blue Care is after a Clinical Nurse to join our Hospital in the Home team in Townsville.

Your role will provide holistic care to patients with acute conditions that would otherwise require treatment as an inpatient of hospital. This includes clinical assessment and monitoring, medication, cannulation, venepuncture, complex wound care etc. You will also consult externally and internally with hospital and community services to provide clinical care and solutions in supporting to our HITH team.

So you can succeed in this role, you will need current registration with AHPRA, a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent, general nursing experience, demonstrated skills reflective of clinical experience and a current driver’s licence. You also need to have exceptional IT skills and be proficient in the use of iPads and iPhones.
