Quality Compliance Support Officer | Bli Bli | Residential Aged Care  

  • Employment Term: Permanent Part Time
  • Location: Bli Bli Aged Care Facility
  • Competitive salary on offer: $42.20 - $44.10 per hour (depending on experience) + 10% Super + NFP Salary Packaging + Employee Benefits

 

Blue Care is seeking a Quality Compliance Support Officer to join our close knit team at our Bli Bli Residential Aged Care Facility. This opportunity would suit a Registered Nurse with proven aged care experience.

Working in the role of Quality Compliance Support Officer role, you will support our community care leadership team with day to day operations. You will focus on clinical education programs, quality improvements and compliance that aims to promote and encourage the highest level of care for our clients. In addition to operational support you will also:  

  • Coordinate support in preparation for site accreditation audits, and subsequent action
  • Ensure standardised and accessible resources for cluster services, promoting consistency
  • Play an active role in supporting committees, working parties and research activities
  • Identify site specific challenges, supporting leadership team with implementation and documentation of continuous improvement activities   

What Do You Need? 

  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree in clinical speciality or relevant industry qualification
  • Previous experience undertaking quality improvement activities
  • Exceptional communication/stakeholder management skills
  • Current registration with AHPRA OR equivalent body (Desirable)
  • Valid Driver’s License (Essential)
  • Demonstrated experience and clear understanding of the current challenges of Aged Care, as they relate to clinical governance, quality standards and client directed care. 
  • Strong communication skills and well developed problem solving skills 
  • Demonstrated experience working under pressure, juggling conflicting priorities as they arise
