We are currently seeking a motivated and energetic Retirement Living Officer to join our team located at Master Lodge Retirement Living on a fixed term basis. The purpose of your role is to manage the day to day operations of the village and to be responsible for re-sales of units.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Managing day to day retirement village operations
  • Ensuring Legislative compliance
  • Village Budget management
  • Developing and maintaining excellence in customer service
  • Manage unit re-sales to achieve maximum occupancy

The successful candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated Retirement Living, Hospitality/Facility or Property Management experience 
  • Professional presentation and strong customer service focus 
  • Sound financial understanding
  • Ability to effectively liaise and relate to residents, contractors and Blue Care management and staff
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work within a team environment and actively contribute to the team’s success
