Employment Status: Secure Permanent Part Time
Location: Monto - Community Care Team Remuneration: $27.25 per hour + 10% Super + NFP Salary Packaging & Employee benefits
We’re seeking applications from experienced, efficient and self-motivated administration professionals, preferably with community services, health or aged care experience and an ability to work under pressure.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced, highly organised and customer focused administration professional aiming to secure a permanent contract in a leading healthcare and community services not for profit organisation.
As a key support role to the delivery of our services, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring business operations are well-managed and our clients and residents receive an exceptional experience! you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative responsibilities including:
- Being the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders - via phone, email ad in person
- Managing conflicting, requests, concerns and enquiries
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across a number of information systems including care planning, financial, rostering and human resources
- Support with recruitment, hiring and on-boarding
- Advanced level use of mainstream software including the Microsoft Office Suite and database applications
- Assist senior staff with special projects and initiatives as required
What you’ll need:
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Great time-management skills and an ability to prioritise your workload
- Good knowledge and experience with MS Office and Database applications
- Confidence with smart phone and digital devices or willingness to learn
- Qualifications, skills and experience in Administration or Business is not essential but highly desirable.
