We’re seeking individuals to provide personal care to our residents in our Shalom Elders Village.

In this role you will be supporting their independence and improving their quality of life through activities that include: 

• Daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, help at meal times and general mobility
• Providing care in accordance with their individualised Care Plan
• Supporting with community based recreational and social activities
• Transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments

What you’ll need: 

• Caring attitude & ability to follow set tasks and instructions
• Experience with technology incl. smartphones, tablets, laptops etc
• Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
• Certificate III Individual Support (Desirable but not essential)

To make this all possible, what do you need?

• A valid contact number
• Availability to attend an interview at the Shalom Elders Village on Wednesday the 3^rd of November
• Valid documentation/proof of identity for the purpose of ordering Police Check & NDIS Screening Check or willingness to obtain (we pay for these and can talk you through the process!)
